Role Summary
Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure CIP, SIP, VLT and lyo cycles of Lyophilizer and automatic loading and unloading of Lyophilizer as per respective SOPs.
2. Preparation and revision of SOPs of Lyophilizer and automatic loading and unloading system and strictly adhering to the standard operating procedures and good documentation practices.
3. Ensure online documentation and participate in qualification and validation of Lyophilizer with validation team.
4. Monitoring of lyophilisation cycle, taking print out and review the lyophilisation cycle report.
5. Maintaining the change parts and spares of Lyophilizer and automatic loading & unloading system.
6. Ensure that area and equipment cleaning is done as per respective SOPs.
7. To coordinate with compliance team for documents i.e. change controls, deviations.
