- Ensure target achievement and foster growth.
- Enhance performance of key focus brands and implement new product strategies.
- Efficiently manage and lead teams.
- Establish new business opportunities in the region.
- Achieve Sales and Collection targets at the zonal level.
- Successfully meet sales targets for new products.
- Facilitate stockist appointments with HO approval.
- Manage candidate selection and vacancies effectively.
- Ensure effective implementation of company strategies in the field.
- Uphold discipline and deliver excellent customer service in the zone(s).

- Cultivate relationships with key customers for the full range of products.
- Foster rapport with key decision-making authorities.
- Create a competitive advantage to capture emerging opportunities for the SBU.
- Foster team building and people development.
- Provide valuable feedback to the Head Office on market activities and more.
- Analyze, provide direction, and monitor processes for optimal output.
Eligibility Criteria Required at Zydus:
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) or Bachelor of Science (BS) qualification.
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree is an advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Regional Business Manager in Pharmaceutical Sales.
